When you wake up late thanks to the cold mornings and need to be ready with lunch dabba for your husband or 2 of you.
Than schezwan mushroom fried rice cones to your rescue. A quick 15 mins recipe provided you have all the material ready – left over cooked rice, spring onion, ginger garlic paste, schezwan sauce and anything else you want to add like baby corn, onion, green peas.
I used chings schezwan sauce .
Added mushrooms as I had recently bought and some were left.
It can be a quick recipe from the leftovers.
P.S. ( be careful about salt as schezwan sauce will already have salt)
